I got approached by a company with a job position that says: "If you aren't already achieving 20 to 50x productivity gains compared to a year ago, this role will be a difficult fit." I know they meant well, but I am perplex to the fact that they write statements like that. What do they expect?

We had/have the same frustration while trying to explain that LLM outputs are also editorial. That LLMs are trained and programmed to answer in a specific way. Access to information is being monopolized, we are living in dangerous times.

Just leave. I did that almost two years ago and it is less scary than it sounds. Tip: don't think it as an all-in change. Just open a new one, start slowly migrating the important stuff while keeping your gmail around just in case. In no time, all your critical work will be out of it.

I see a lot of "Ethical AI" that makes me wonder what do these people understand by ethical. They use the word so lightly. I'm not saying this in a accusatory tone, but clearly ethical standards from one people/country are not the same for others. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
