Leading the OKFN in using technology to advance the organisation's mission. Guided by the CEO, decide both on the active and future technology projects, the policy direction related to technology, and the partnerships the OKFN needs to advance their mission. I'm also a spokesperson for the Foundation and a representative to different fora and communities. Services and Deliverables: * Lead the team of partners and internal team working on technology and standards development. * Decide on hires and partnerships. * Decide on skills development needs. * Manage time and resources. * Contribute to projects that align with OKFN's goals and leverage technology to advance the open knowledge movement, including CKAN and Frictionless Data. * Contribute to specific active projects assigned by the CEO. * Propose and leverage partnerships with other tech projects. * Serve as a liaison with key institutional partners and represent the OKFN in meetings. * Lead or contribute to the preparation of proposals and quotes. * Create a good work environment for partners. * Represent OKFN at different events, including public speaking. * Draft pieces and record demos updating the tech developments of the Foundation. * Availability for press engagements. * Oversee and guide the maintenance of the OKFN digital infrastructure, directly or through third-party services.

Data Scientist and Chief of Consulting. My main activities are design and development of analytical solutions for our Customers. I also give trainings about tools such as Python, R and Azure Machine Learning. In the last year I've been studying and managing Data Science projects for different customers, both internals and externals. I've been responsible of managing the entire Life Cycle, from the Data Acquisition and Goal Definition to the Deploy and Results Presentation to the main sponsors. As a Project Manager I am also responsible for coaching teams into Agile Methodologies, help them planning and tracking the project. I am also responsible to work with the customer designing an Enterprise Information System for several facilities in USA. In the last two years, I've travel to the USA to build a strong relationship with the customer, know their facilities and process in order to be able to recommend and design an appropriate solution. I have also worked with the Mathematical Model Center of the National University of Chile to design a Simulation for the Processing Plant of our customer.
