Quoting Anil Dash.
I felt unusually frustrated and sad last night about the recent LLM discourse I’ve been seeing —from both “sides”. Microblogging makes conveying the nuance difficult, but Anil points in the right direction here imho.
The dialogue around LLMs is kind of broken both in terms of critique and advocacy. For critique, we need to focus on how we attack fascist tech power consistently — LLMs are only one part of that; merely saying "AI bad" has simply ended up with a lot of people using AI quietly while feeling shame...
I am trying to communicate atproto and "credible exit" in general to friends and family that aren't technologists. How could this be improved? And did I get anything wrong? I'm trying to get familiar with all the details.

A very non-technical post on why I am really into atproto.
Does anybody have experience with being labelled "needs-review"? Discovered it randomly when debugging why my replies disappeared from the "comments" on my blog. Couldn't figure out why it might have been triggered, only correlation time-wise was signing up for Popfeed 🤷♂️. Have messaged support.
