After a short intermission, botwatch.net/youandi Is back up. It now only requests the create permission (no worrying about me climbing the leaderboard by deleting your connections) and writes a new field, originalCreatedAt, to record when the record we're copying from was created.
Anyone else dissatisfied that @brookie.blog's youandme.at only writes to the pds of the person who scanned the QR code? I just launched botwatch.net/You-and-I, a simple tool to fix this. You can see a list of people who claim to have met you and write some or all to your PDS too. #ATmosphereconf
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for youandme.at, but @gui.do's sifa.id/meet is better. You&Me's 1-sided write means anyone can falsely claim to have met you.

When I saw @brookie.blog's youandme.at, my first thought was "oh no people aren't going to use MY system for scanning people's QR codes!". Then I realized: atproto is awesome because I don't need to compete, we can just interoperate!
