Naturally, the question would be how to distinguish the two. It's not too hard to invent a sentance where updating a single character changes the meaning entirely; simple measures are easily gamable. LLMs might actually be the right tool for the job.

Backfilling Bluesky follows with Happyview, attempt 2: 18 hrs in, and it's working! However, I notice that it's not using much bandwidth. Should it really be waiting to resolve every PDS before downloading repos? I assume we're getting rate limited on PDS resolution. #atproto

New interface for tracking backfills in @happyview.dev. It updates in real-time to provide a much better view into how the backfill is going. Backfill jobs can also resume after a restart now, which wasn't always the case. #atproto

@happyview.dev backfill experiment, partial success. youandme.at connection backfill was snappy, but HappyView reports no progress on Bluesky follows. @trezy.codes any suggestions? No errors or warnings in the logs.

@ptr.pet I like hydrant, but I lost some progress on my backfill when my PC lost power. Right now I've got it stopping hydrant and taking a backup every hour. Two questions: is it possible/safe to backup hydrant while it's running? Is there a better way to not lose data on an unexpected shutdown?
