This is exciting. Any ATproto identity can create any number of private PDS spaces and then decide who has access to them. Access to a space is binary (you have it or you don't) but an identity can have any number of them. Be aware that private data isn't end-to-end encrypted, though.

Today I took my kid to his swimming lesson, repaired some stonework with my dad, made a nice dinner for everyone (dessert by my dad), kicked a ball around with my kid and watched him see fireflies for the first time. Happy Father’s Day to me. It was perfect.
