• Led the development of a subnational-level, calibrated infectious disease vulnerability index using factor analysis and supervised machine learning. • Developed geospatial methodology to assess the spread of vector-borne disease at a census tract level using local mobility data. • Developed daily risk assessments for PHAC assessing the risk of importation of ongoing infectious disease events to Canada.
