Hi there! Welcome to my profile. Let me quickly introduce myself to you.

The best feeling in the world is when, after analyzing and understanding a problem, a proposed solution actually solves that problem. Therefore I like to see myself as a analytical problem solver. I try to pursue this sensation on a daily basis by building sound architectures on both frontend and backend systems. I am a critical thinker that doesn’t like compromises, but understands that sometimes you don't have a choice. I play to win, and I enjoy the game in the process.

A trait that I think is unique is that I’m a social IT person. Not only do I understand code, I also understand the people working on, depending on and using said code. I’m clear in my communication, being both direct and respectful. I have a broad array of interests, also outside the field of IT. I am able to connect with multiple kinds of people, both introverts and extraverts; I could join a LAN-party the one day and greatly enjoy a festival on the other.

My go-to language is Typescript. I master that language in both the context of the frontend, using React, NextJS, React Native, Radix, Shadcn and Tailwind, and of the backend, using Bun, Hono, tRPC, NestJS and other technologies. Being a fast learner, I don't shy away using other technologies or packages I've not used before.
