Led ongoing initiatives across security, performance, and reliability - spanning vulnerability remediation, CI/CD pipeline improvements, accessibility enhancements, and event-based usage analytics capture - ensuring the widget remained robust, compliant, and best-in-class for Zendesk's global customer base.

Maintenance, development and evangelization of internal Design System implementation and its ecosystem of tools for improved observability, documentation and community support. Optimization and maintenance of internal development platform for product apps, including integrated SDK, instrumentation plugins, observability tools and respective documentation. UX/UI development of multiple distributions of said platform including Web and ElectronJS-based Desktop versions. Preparation of said distributions for FedRAMP readiness, including security vulnerabilities mitigation, dependency updates and infrastructure configuration.
