Providing candidates and legislators the tools they need to communicate and implement a near term libertarian policy agenda.

Served as the chief executive officer of the Libertarian Party with full authority to direct its business and affairs, including hiring and discharging of National Committee volunteers and paid personnel, subject to express National Committee policies and directives issued in the exercise of the National Committee's plenary control and management of Party affairs, properties and funds. Primary spokesperson for the Libertarian Party in public and in the media.

Assisting the President in all aspects of managing the oldest used car dealership in Phoenix, including everything: purchasing cars, selling cars, servicing cars, marketing, finance, administration, and legal compliance.

Responsible for operations at Arizona's oldest automotive finance company. Underwriting and managing a portfolio of over $2MM in auto loans. Responsible for legal matters, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance, credit reporting, and responding to credit disputes. Handled bankruptcy claims, ECF filings and appearances at meetings of creditors on behalf of the loan company.

Represent indigent clients in felony criminal matters at all stages from investigation through jury trials and post-judgment filings. Tried over 25 criminal jury trials to a verdict, most recently a complete acquittal in a First Degree Murder case. Litigate constitutional motions and appellate issues, including arguing a case before the Colorado Supreme Court (Tate v. People, 290 P.3d 1268 (Colo. 2012)).

Analyzed, designed, and implemented web application changes using various web development languages, configuration control tools, and content management systems.

Designed software systems to meet customer requirements and integrate into a larger enterprise technology model. Mentored others in systems analysis, object-oriented software engineering, and technical writing. Implemented software in a variety of languages and technologies, including ColdFusion and Java. Recommended process and architecture improvements and technology strategies and worked closely with the Chief Software Engineer to improve the quality of software produced by the Association.

Drafted an expert declaration challenging the admissibility of survey evidence under the Federal Rules of Evidence in the context of FRCP Rule 56 summary judgment proceedings. Wrote memoranda analyzing the constitutionality of a Texas interior design regulation and supporting statutes. Researched the admissibility of web site evidence in litigation under the Federal Rules of Evidence.Worked closely with senior attorneys at the firm on active cases, providing legal research and analysis under tight deadlines.

Directed the application of effective full life cycle software development practice to the development effort. Led teams working on the elicitation of user requirements and the translation of those requirements into a system design. Ensured that the requirements, design, and delivered systems accurately reflected the customer’s needs, within the scope of the project. Maintained clear communication with the customer in support of the project.
