I am an Italian Avvocato (lawyer, advocate, solicitor, barrister), admitted to the Italian Bar. I am practicing civil law in Rome.

I'll be pleased to support international lawyers giving them legal advice on Italian law and providing judicial representation before the Italian Courts. Admitted to plead before the Supreme Court of Cassazione.

My primary areas of practice are family law - including cross-border and international family law matters - and estate and succession law. I advise clients on divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, asset division, and inheritance matters, with expertise in cases involving foreign jurisdictions and private international law.

I also focus on technology law, advising on data protection and privacy regulation as well as legal and ethical issues related to artificial intelligence.

Beyond my legal practice, I am an active member of the open source community as both an advocate and enthusiast. I am a member of the XMPP Software Foundation (XSF) and a leading promoter of the XMPP protocol in Italy, working to raise awareness and adoption of decentralized, open communication standards.
