Led a team of 4 Software Engineers in building a new SaaS product for the Timber Construction industry, taking on responsibilities as Architect, Developer, and Scrum Master to ensure steady progress and delivery. Worked closely with stakeholders and product owners to clarify and prioritize requirements, guiding the team toward pragmatic and high-quality solutions. Built an event-driven file processing pipeline (S3 Events + Lambda) that automated file handling and streamlined system processing. Played a key role in the hiring process, actively participating in the selection of technical and leadership roles.
