- Promoted to Director of Data & Analytics in recognition of leadership across data, analytics, product development, and engineering. - Led backend development for the 2026 rebuild of the Inside Lacrosse website, taking the project from product requirements through data modeling, API development, and production deployment. - Built the new backend primarily with Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS, with supporting infrastructure including S3, OpenSearch, ElastiCache/Valkey, and modern CI/CD. - Took on significant product leadership during the rebuild, translating product discussions directly into data models and APIs including a new version of the live evaluation product - Utilized increasingly sophisticated AI-assisted development workflows, progressing from code review and suggestions to agentic software development

- Automated the college lacrosse scoreboard, replacing manual score entry with Python-based data scraping and AWS Lambda - Built automated live-statistics pipelines capable to update game data, significantly expanding the scale and timeliness of the site's college lacrosse data. - Developed internal tools and dashboards for managing live statistics collection, initially with Angular and later Streamlit, allowing Python data-processing and scraping workflows to run directly within internal applications - Co-led product development of a video-based player evaluation system designed to produce consistent, standardized scores for high school boys' and girls' lacrosse players across positions and evaluators. - Made significant contributions to the development of Inside Lacrosse's college fantasy lacrosse product, helping translate product requirements into data-driven functionality.
