Organizing 4th International Conference on Intelligent Sensor Networks

isnconference.com

Jan 2013 - Apr 2018

Sensors and sensor networks are becoming more and more important within our daily lives for our personal use as well as for industrial or business use. Real time information from ‘the real world’ to support decision making and control of vital processes will be an integral part of everyday life. This development offers a lot of potential to solve major societal challenges in healthcare, mobility, public safety, energy and wildlife preservation. At the same time the dynamic, complexity and unpredictability of this world puts high demands on the performance of sensor networks. They need to unite intelligence and flexibility in order to be able to process information from many different (types of) sensors in changing circumstances. The fourth international edition of the ISN Conference will merge knowledge, business, technology, services, creativity and social issues. What are Intelligent Sensor Networks (ISN)? ISN thrives to integrate Wireless Sensor Networks, Data Fusion and Artificial Intelligence for demand driven and efficient networked sensing and observation of the physical world. Demand driven–> actionable information for decision making and control Efficient–> utility based reasoning, design time as well as run time. The following topics will be covered during the seminar: Intelligent Sensor Networks Wireless Sensor networks Data Fusion Artificial Intelligence Telecommunication Application field of Sensor Networks like: Lighting Mobility Agriculture/wildlife Infrastructure, Risk based maintenance Big data / sensor data What contains intelligent system networks How to calculate ROI of intelligent system networks (financially, operationally and technically)
