The "Digital Transformation" will not bring companies and organizations any real benefit when solely treated as a tooling challenge. Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, 5G etc. will not bring about the fundamental transformation required to actually save humanity. The transformation that we need to be making is that of our own, personal behavior. Tooling choices come later. Given the challenges all of us are facing, we need to realize that a blueprint for successful operation of any organization or company in the future does not exist yet. To really transform, we need to start the expedition and get going.

I have been following Bitcoin since 2012. In 2014, I co-created a still very popular Blockchain Explanimation (BitcoinProperly) and started speaking about Bitcoin, Blockchain and Smart Contracts. I used to profile myself as a Bitcoin Evangelist, but given the immense amounts of non-sense other speakers dare to utter, I renamed myself to Blockchain Realist. The Lopend Vuur Pitch is a platform for unsigned inde bands. After a selection roud, the band is connected with music, marketing/communications and entrepeneurial experts.
