Quality Management, including but not limited to: Manual and Automated testing, Accessibility Testing, API testing, Static Code Analysis, Unit and Integrations Testing, Systems Analysis, BDD/TDD/Modern Test Principles, Mobile Application Testing, Code Coverage Assessment, Test Auditing, Training and Mentorship, Agile Principles etc. Tools include Postman, SauceLabs, JMeter, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Docker, MySQL, XCode (iOS IDE), Azure Services and many more. Team Management, with a focus on learning and development.

Transitionary team due to internal reorganisation. As well as quality management role, I was responsible for the training, upskilling and mentoring of 11 computer science students, as well as apprentices and other junior members of staff.

I co-founded a team looking to better leverage technology in our tax offerings. During this time we developed several technology products, grew the team from three people to over 50, and I retrained as a test engineer. Due to my previous client facing experience, I was able to bridge the gap between business and product, developing test analysis and business analysis skills. I obtained my formal certifications in software testing and user acceptance testing, and began my test automation/software engineering journey.

A tax professional, working in Global Mobility, US Income Taxes, Immigration and Transfer Pricing disciplines. During this time I worked with a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals, FTSE100 businesses, the Financial Services sector and Inbound multinationals, as well as UK and overseas tax authorities.
