With over two decades in the software industry, I’ve built a career at the crossroads of technology, strategy, and innovation. My journey started in hands-on technical support and evolved into executive leadership, guiding teams and projects across companies of all sizes—including an impactful 10-year chapter at Microsoft. There, I held roles ranging from Technical Support and Program Manager for MSN to SharePoint Specialist in MCS, gaining deep experience across products and platforms. After Microsoft, I launched a digital portal startup that caught the attention of Penton Media and was ultimately acquired. At Penton, I stepped into the role of Director of Digital Strategy, leading major web platform rollouts for sites like WindowsITPro.com, SQLmag.com, and Winsupersite.com. This role sharpened my skills in product vision, cross-functional leadership, and digital transformation at scale. Today, as Director of Emerging, Process, and Cloud Applications at Meridian Credit Union, I lead forward-thinking teams focused on Enterprise Data, CRM, AI integration, and next-gen technologies like blockchain and process automation. I’m especially passionate about using technology to transform operations and uncover new value through data. At heart, I'm a builder—of teams, of systems, of stories. Outside of tech, I’m an aspiring indie author exploring speculative fiction and the ethical frontiers of technology through storytelling.
