- Lead developer of Ulla (ulla.bot) — AI-powered corporate assistant for meeting transcription, HR analytics, and enterprise communication. Built backend (FastAPI) and frontend (Next.js/React) from scratch; initially solo, now leading a team. - Rebuilt the OpenWeather AI Chatbot (openweathermap.org) around tool calling and Pydantic AI, instrumented with Langfuse for tracing, prompt management, and evaluation. Built a custom MCP server for the knowledge base backed by Qdrant hybrid search and a custom llms.txt parser, and drove adoption of llms.txt support across the OpenWeather site — reducing support team workload by 2-4x through automated, self-service answers. - Optimized CI/CD pipelines — reduced build/deploy time from 30+ minutes to 30-90 seconds using Docker multi-stage builds, GitLab CI optimization, and intelligent caching strategies. - Implemented monitoring infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics) with alerting, improving incident response time from several days to a few hours. - Created pydantic-settings-export — open-source Python library for automated documentation generation from Pydantic settings, now used across all OpenWeather/Ulla projects. Participated in the development of the backend for the family account in Yandex Go using Python and the Turbo-app using C++.
