I am a PhD candidate in natural language processing at the University of Amsterdam's (UvA) Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC). My primary research topic is evaluating generalisation in misinformation detection systems. Before that, I graduated from UvA's MSc Artificial Intelligence program, and completed my undergrad in Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University College Roosevelt.

As consultant at DKC, I worked for both a healthcare tech startup, as well as a multinational industry leader, focusing on product development and market penetration. Within small teams of 3 - 4 other consultants, we spend 12 weeks analyzing and solving complex strategical problems. Projects require both understanding of quantitative and qualitative analyses. This is done under the guidance of coaches provided by firms like AT Kearney, McKinsey, Bain & Company and Strategy&. In my second round of consulting, I further led the recruitment effort of the Middelburg branch, towards academic institutions in Zeeland.
