With over 15 years of professional experience, including more than six years in management positions with budget and personnel responsibility, I bring expertise in business administration, healthcare management, and non-profit management.
My areas of focus include:
Organisational development & transformation: Supporting change processes in complex environments.
Governance & Operational Management: Ensuring efficient, ethical and future-proof structures.
Sustainable Business Models: Development of new business models that combine business, health and sustainability.
What fascinates me most about healthcare is navigating the tension between economic viability and quality of care under immense systemic pressure. I see the ultimate test for sustainable business strategies: How do we maintain high-quality care when demographics, climate change, and cost pressures converge? I am drawn to this sector because it demands a rigorous integration of economic logic and social responsibility.
For over a year now, I’ve also been working on a project to develop a damage-based price floor framework for nature conservation and restoration. I’m exploring the question: What if the cost of a nature conservation or restoration project were based on a conservative lower limit derived from the damage to public health? Here, too, I greatly value the opportunity to exchange ideas with experts.
I document my observations and thoughts on my blog. From encounters with insects and what they teach us about resilience, to reflections on the damage-based price floor framework, and insights on Health & Care or my perspective on our digital world.
In my spare time, I write and illustrate stories about my pets. That’s why I’m also keen to exchange ideas with people working in visual storytelling and digital illustration with a Wacom Cintiq.
I look forward to connecting and exchanging ideas.

I know it’s hard for insects to be seen above all the political noise in the feeds. But could there be anything more interesting than nature? A Common Sickle Bush-Cricket calmly cleaned its legs and watched me. A brief moment of connection in a noisy, damaged world.
