Report

I am about to enter my final year of my Integrated Masters in Computer Science at The School of Engineering and Informatics at University of Sussex. I'm currently finishing my third year project on a Docker management web application built using Rust and Svelte. This project won first place in the EngInf poster competition and was chosen by the BCS as the best project. • Engineers Without Borders Global Design Challenge Finalist• Two time overall winner of HackSussex Game Jam• Track winner for two HackSussex Hackathons• First Class in first and second year MComp• Taken options in web development, game development and neural networksI am an avid programmer outside of education, working on many personal projects using Svelte, TypeScript, Java, Rust, Unity and Python. This passion started when I was given a Raspberry Pi when I was 8 which I used to teach myself Scratch. I hosted my first event as part of International Scratch day in 2015 (aged 11), an event where I taught members of the public Scratch. I subsequently went on to host 4 more events.
