I have worked as a freelance developer alongside other employment, developing and maintaining software for different needs and projects. My work has ranged from web applications and automation to CLI tools and integrations. As a freelance developer, I have been responsible for the full development process, from understanding requirements and planning solutions to development, testing, documentation, and maintenance. Working independently has given me experience in making technical decisions, solving problems, and taking projects from an idea to a working product.

Employed by Dedicare and assigned to different healthcare institutions based on staffing needs, delivering patient care in diverse clinical environments.

After a period as a Consultant, I transitioned to a role as a Finance Assistant, with primary responsibility for the operation and improvement of the company’s CRM system.

Employed as a Consultant, with primary responsibility for coordinating and following up on temporary nurses, as well as handling daily communication and staffing planning.

I worked as a nurse in a dementia ward at Trondhjems Hospital, with responsibility for providing holistic care to elderly patients with cognitive impairment. I planned and carried out daily care routines, medication administration, and activities tailored to patients’ needs, while ensuring their safety and well-being. This experience gave me strong competence in communicating with patients with dementia and their relatives, interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues, and the development of skills in observation, assessment, and managing challenging behavior in a healthcare setting.
