I provided desktop support for five AISD campuses, including: • Configuring network printers • Installation and setup of computer workstations and computer labs • Debugging of technical problems including network configurations, group policies, printers, VOIP system and common end user issues. Under the guidance of Professional Engineers I analyzed construction plans on water distribution systems, wells, plants and tanks and reviewed projects for compliance with Texas Administrative Code (Sections 217 and 290), where I developed an intimate knowledge of TCEQ water and wastewater regulations. • I communicated with professional engineers to resolve conflicts in their project submissions in a proficient manner, and I provided good customer service by guiding them toward the resources they needed to bring their projects into compliance. • In reviewing over 100 projects, I broadened my own understanding of proper project documentation methods and how to avoid common mistakes in drafting plans and project specifications. • I gained valuable insight into the regulatory side of government approval processes for engineering projects.
