For years I played around in Amiga Painter, Photoshop, and learned how to program on my own and during my IT-education. I was lucky to work in a small company in Fribourg that believed in my skills as a visual designer where I learned that coding and visual-design are things that work well together. Thrilled to discover that I would work on a job that would contain some of my greatest passions: Videogames, Visual Design and Programming, I started to explore the magical world of interaction development.

I was one of the first members of the frontend-team of the business digital communication at unic. Together with with a small team, I helped build and shape the frontend landscape at unic. I had the opportunity to learn a lot about corporate websites, large scale online-shops and small campaign websites as well as collaborating with designers and other developers of all kind. I worked on the frontend code for Hybris, Sharepoint, Typo3, Wordpress, Adobe CQ5 as well as custom built systems. UI & Javascript Development / Webdesign and Temlating (JS / CSS 2 & 3 / HTML 4 & 5)

My role in this project was to build the View part of the application. Every module in the project works on its own and is not dependent on its context. The application is fully responsive and all features are accessible on all resolutions. We came up with a RequreJS, JADE & SCSS build process that made it painless and intuitive to build an application of that scale.
