My contribution to tax day discourse is that despite being a walking embodiment of the adhd tendency to thrive on last-minute deadline pressure, I also really like filling out all the little boxes and I'm bad at showing restraint so my taxes are always in several months early.
One thing I'm proud of Hampshire for is that we had a long streak of being the outrage piece on Fox News every other year for a bit. I was even personally part of the group that got us Fox coverage once.
This is a really unfair comparison, in my opinion. WeWork was massively overvalued and betting on an impossible future, but at least their tangible assets had value that didn't deprecate immediately upon delivery.

Also not to be overlooked: trailers. Not difficult at all to move this full size workbench, a miter saw on stand, and a bunch of loose tools in one trip with several more feet of space on the trailer.
