I design and implement operational systems that connect CRM, automation, and core business processes to drive growth and efficiency.

At the British Surgery of Lanzarote, I build and scale the clinic’s internal digital infrastructure, aligning marketing, operations, and the full patient lifecycle into a single system.

A key part of this was creating a centralized patient identity system, making it easy for staff to access and connect data across workflows. This has improved both day-to-day operations and the overall patient experience.

This work has contributed to a 70%+ increase in revenue in comparable periods, while also improving internal efficiency and coordination.
