Certified in ISO/IEC 20000 and ITIL IT Service Manager v2, I have applied these frameworks to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT services in global financial environments. Additionally, I have successfully passed both the CRISC and CISM exams, further strengthening my credentials in IT risk and security management.
