Director Enterprise Architecture & Engineering at Stolt-Nielsen
Global Director Architecture & Engineering at Stolt-Nielsen Limited
Leading the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering practices at Stolt-Nielsen; inspiring and enabling our organisation to make the most of technology. Guiding our digitalisation journey, maturing our technology delivery competencies and empowering responsible change. Strong focus on the role of data and (generative / agentic) AI. Pragmatic and solution-oriented, positive and calm.
Before joining Stolt-Nielsen, I was a manager within the Data & Analytics consulting practice of KPMG.
I have been a core team member in the start- and scale-up of a SaaS solution as product owner, architect, and lead of the product team, overseeing a DevOps organisation of ± 80 fte. Before joining KPMG, next to high school and university, I ran a small software development business. I still enjoy getting hands-on with new technology myself through personal development/analytics projects.
My aspiration is to pivot my career into social entrepreneurship; seeking to drive both social and financial returns through my contributions and leadership. I laid the foundation for this in my studies International Economics, International Administration (with focus on human rights), and my first professional experience in Impact Banking / Impact Investing.
Academic background in economics, public administration and data science.
