I've actually been in the Brady "house," but it was the 1990 version, on a Paramount sound stage, that was used for the short-lived "The Bradys" comedy-drama sequel (coming off the huge success of "A Very Brady Christmas," which is, unquestionably, the greatest yuletide movie ever made).
Co-worker has been having car trouble, and occassionally he shows up in an old-looking, possibly "historic," pickup truck. Today I noticed the license plate for the first time. JFC.

At Kenyon's admitted students day, they gave Son No. 2¹ this book, which is the text from the commencement speech that David Foster Wallace gave at the college in 2005. Though I've never read DFW, I have worked out with "Infinite Jest" at the gym, so I am familiar with the heft of his oeuvre.

Wife and Son No. 2, strolling down the Middle Path, have arrived at Kenyon for tomorrow's admitted students day. The big question will be: Is it a baggy-pants or a skinny-jeans school? If it's the latter, he's probably headed for Vassar, a notoriously loose-fitting college.
