WE LOVE BEER was invented to make employees of Heineken more passionate about the product beer. We designed 4 modules that were taught to a group of ambassadors-to-be as well as launch materials and launch events. After the graduation the ambassadors went on the create more beer lovers within their own functions. We supplied the ambassadors with knowledge about history, ingredients, brewing, beer types, perfect pouring and food and beer combinations.
