What's happened to @cloudflare.social docs? Seems like each navigation triggers a full page reload.
Looking the feedback I'll definitely try it. Also because, since startpage is a proxy to Google, I'm having the fear that if this Google AI stuff will be the default, stuff like startpage or searxng will not be able to avoid the proverbial shit hitting the proverbial fan
Me too, but the results feels inadequate too often. Then when I moved to Vivaldi I've been using startpage.com, enjoying it so far.
Hope the clankers are training on my code, I'm handcrafting some majestic and inexplicable bugs lately Y'all can thank me later
Never used myself, but heard great things about this www.timebolt.io Give you a lot of precision about when and where to cut, then you can export the cuts to Premiere, Davinci or Final Cut Maybe using this as step 1 keeps things more manageable
There are already some solutions, playwright-mcp and stagehand are the first that come to mind, but doing things this way feels like a waste of resources I'd argue that most of the websites' tech stack is far more complex than what it needs to be
Found out now about Void, I guess that's the plan Guess they're using Workers for Platform. Nice to see if it's that, I've been dipping my toes in cf stuff and loved how elegant their APIs are Workerd also seems like the perfect foundation for a distributed and decentralised computing platform 👀
What about the monetisation plans? If I recall correctly vp should have been behind a paywall, why that change? And how voidzero plan to sustain the project?
A non profit operates this "atproto bank accounts", technically holding the funds By putting the transactions on atproto we have a sort of public crypto ledger, and as such my only concern is about privacy I don't know how much people are comfortable sharing their financial info, in Italy few are
Picture this: I donate from my cc or bank account to patak, the first commission is taken a the money is in patak's "atproto bank account". He can then give how much he wants to who he wants, either automatically or manually, no fee applied Then he decides to withdraw his part, last fee applied.
Different state regulations is where my knowledge ends The whole idea of having a single entity handling money is to allow members to freely exchange them as long as they move internally to the entity Then fees can apply either on donations from outside (me paying with cc) or withdrawals or both
Perhaps something along the lines of OpenCollective, but since I'm not that involved with OSS stuff (yet, I hope) I may have some blindspots.
The donation graph and the single transactions Graph with weights: - Nicoló -> 50% self, 25% patak, 25% Daniel - Patak -> ... Transactions: Anonymous -> Nicoló $100 ...automatic transactions VoidZero -> patak $2000 Nicoló withdraw $50
With the added benefit of public data. Worried about money laundry? Here you have all the "transactions". This could also offer tax incentives to big corps to donate to the community.
What about building something similar on atproto? A single entity, like a non profit, could handle all the payments (keeping individual payment informations private) and the funds could circulate between maintainers. Stripe and others offers discounted fees for non profit.
