TCS took over this support towards the end of the year, and in a series of scheduled sessions we identified 'shift-left' opportunities aimed at improving the user experience and overall user satisfaction. As a direct result of this, we were able to more than double our First Call Resolution percentage for MDM related issues. This award recognises my contribution to the success of this project.
