Assessed and improved actual and perceived site performance. Clients report to GA, MixPanel, and Sentry. Server instrumented by NewRelic. Common ids across services to make it easier to correlate deploys with behavior changes. Introduced Storybook as interactive docs for our design system. Integrated with Netlify deploys so the entire company could see pending features using real data. Also helpful in regression prevention & identification. Added E2E and integration tests (including variants based on permission levels) using Puppeteer.
