• Designed an encompassing web platform to digitise the entire sales and workshop customer lifecycle. Now, 64% of bookings are handled online, dramatically reducing labour without impacting booking volume. Built with SvelteKit, leveraging TypeScript for type checking, with Git and GitHub for version control and issue tracking. • Single-handedly executed a staged no-downtime migration of 13 years of emails and business content from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 across 4 divisions, resulting in a 20% monthly cost reduction. Created a browsable archive of data & provided training at all stages to minimise disruption. • Programmed a bespoke automated system in JavaScript/Deno for ordering parts and whole goods, a task previously managed manually by a specialised team member, who directly fed back on design. This cut down 1.5 hours of manual daily work, allowed any team member to perform the task, and effectively circumvented the cost of hiring a dedicated parts manager, saving as much as £47k annually. • Transitioned legacy MS Access application to RemoteApp solution, delivering secure, remote access to critical business functions, eliminating the speed constraint of network latency resulting in a substantial performance improvement.

• Delivered comprehensive IT support for a diverse student body, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promptly resolve technical issues across a range of needs, and maintaining high service standards in a dynamic academic setting. • Implemented multi-factor authentication with Azure Active Directory for student, staff, and visitor accounts, streamlining access management and strengthening the institution’s security posture, achieving the NCSC’s Cyber Essentials standard. Developed a solution enabling disabled students to maintain access without compromising security policies. • Proactively advanced knowledge in areas such as machine provisioning, compromised account procedures, data protection, infrastructure management and security, an approach which not only enriched my own capabilities but also improved the operational effectiveness of the team as a whole.

• Led a team of 4 organising & managing a sizeable warehouse of media production equipment & technical items, playing a key role in Ziax’s expansion to a new office site. • Designed and implemented a solution to accurately track equipment quantities and locations throughout the site, supporting effective resource allocation.

• Implemented and maintained an integrated digital signage solution paired with a mobile app, providing real-time news and timetable updates to students, fostering increased student engagement.
