Isn't it a double-edged sword? Aren't ALL hosting/CDN platforms obliged to inform of something like this just to run their business? Especially those who rely on third-party services for infra... I think it's not (just) about AI model training. I call it double-edged computing. 😅 🙈

Great article. Depicts our struggles perfectly. I created safe-reader.graficos.net to help cope with these dark patterns fatigue but then, I'm forced to avoid processing large pages like The Guardian to keep the server side volume low, since it's a pet project.
