Bij CCS draait alles om het aanbieden van producten en aanbiedingen die exact passen bij de wens en behoefte van de klant. Wil de klant van ons niet meer van vijf berichten per week ontvangen, dan krijgt hij er vier. Onze aanbevelingen zijn voor elke klant uniek en passend bij zijn wens, en zoeken gaat persoonlijk, simpel en vertrouwd. Iedere klant bieden we een passend aanbod. Maatwerk dus. Op die manier voelt het als een goed zittende jas. De klant denkt: ‘bol.com weet wat ik wil en inspireert mij ook met andere producten waar ik interesse in heb.’ Het geeft hem vertrouwen. Het voelt altijd goed; bij de koop en de communicatie. Dat alles is mogelijk dankzij de enorme hoeveelheid data waarover bol.com beschikt. Elke ondernemer droomt er van om zijn klant door en door te kennen. Als Manager Customer Centric Selling is het heerlijk om deze klantbenadering te kunnen waarmaken. The sky is the limit als het bij ons gaat om CCS. Alsof je bij Formule 1-races mag meedoen en ook nog als eerste over de finish komt.
