As a member of the Technical Support Team at Ewon, I assist customers worldwide in resolving their technical challenges via a structured ticketing system based on email communication. I was part of a web team which helped customers establish their presence online. Worked on different CMS (CMSMS, Wordpress, Drupal) to build intelligent, interactive and beautiful websites.
