Supporting Deliveroo's IPO (technical, security, platform), multiple funding rounds, technical interviewing & levels/expectation frameworks, long-term engineering culture, and mentor to senior staff engineers. Engineering projects included distributed feature flagging & experimentation systems, architectural resilience (blast radius reduction across ~150 microservices)…
