As a skilled full-stack developer with a focus on front-end web development, I have a wealth of experience in various programming languages, including Elm, JS/TS, C#, and more. I have been using Elm professionally since 2017 and am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and practices, including TDD and OSS.

In addition to my programming expertise, I have a few other hobbies that keep me busy outside of work. I'm currently working towards obtaining my private pilot's license, which combines my love of aviation with the thrill of learning new skills. When I'm not flying or programming, I enjoy 3D printing, soldering and tinkering with anything that has a chip inside.

- **Head of R&D Elm Frontend at Scrive** (Jan 2025 - Present)
  Following a team reorganization, I’ve taken on the role of Head of the Elm team at Scrive, where I lead a talented group of four Elm developers. In this capacity, I manage team dynamics, provide mentorship, and ensure that each team member has the resources and support they need to excel. Together, we’re driving the adoption and growth of Elm within the company, supporting other teams with their Elm codebases, and continuously enhancing our Elm stack.
  
  My focus is primarily on the infrastructural side of our codebase, ensuring that our systems are efficient, maintainable, and easy to navigate. I’m dedicated to fostering an environment where my team can thrive, removing complexity, and facilitating collaboration across teams.

  I was also one of company's server administrator. I helped to manage our Linux server with company's services (SVN, Asterisk, OpenVPN, Apache server, Nagios) and implements Redmine project managment system to be used by our customers and my coworkers in getting our products better. I implemented Jenkins CI server to be used in company's workflow and also to improve our projects deployment.
