  The model was ported and enhanced from FORTRAN code on a VMS system to C running under MS-DOS.
  
  Developed in Microsoft QuickBASIC an application that produces estimates of long-term streamﬂow conditions.
  
  The program allows water resource managers to see in detail the potential effects of various water-use practices before they are implemented. Served as the technical writer for two user manuals describing the operation of the application.
  
  Aided in the development of a database of hazardous waste sites in Illinois, used primarily by other government agencies as a repository.
  
  The database was created on UNIX using C and the standard UNIX utilities.
  
  Contributed to a publication detailing the results of the project.
