## About

I did time in a Lidl frozen-food warehouse, shot advertising photography, ran an online gallery for contemporary photographers, and invented and sold an eco-friendly anti-tick remedy for dogs (turns out it handles mosquitoes too). Different crafts, one instinct: build the thing, make it work, ship it. Today that instinct runs platform and AI at Moving Targets Consulting. The work sits a level above hand-coding: I architect the systems, write the specs, set the quality gates, and orchestrate a multi-model AI setup that does the implementation, then bring the team onto that way of working. Twenty years of building things myself is what lets me direct it well. I've run LLMs in production since GPT-3.5, and accessibility ships by default in everything I make.
