The implementation of this project required coordination of activities of client's and IBM's suppliers and collaboration of on-site team in involved Data Centre. The activities were consisted of delivery WTM/OTN boxes to Data Centre and their cabling and configuration of the network. Daily meetings between all involved parties have been scheduled in order to ensure smooth cooperation. Despite several changes to the scope of the project from client side, the deliverables have been completed in given time frame and budget without impact to client's project.
- **New SQL Server + Development of solution for Mobile DB** (Jan 2014 - Present)
  Three months long project for build of new SQL Server and for development of solution for mobile database. Close communication and collaboration with internal teams including mobile application team, application hosting services team, database hosting services team and technical solution manager. This project follows standard Project Management process for IT.
