## About

Clinical Trial Statistician and AI Innovation Researcher with expertise in statistical methodology, clinical trial design, and cutting-edge applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare research. Currently advancing methodological innovation in AI-integrated statistical analysis while pursuing doctoral research in clinical trial methodology.

## Experience

- **Research Assistant in Data Science and Clinical Trials at King's College London** (2024 – present)
Uses R, Python and Stata to build out statistical analyses for clients.
- **Systems Software Developer at SWARCO Smart Charging** (2024 – 2024)
built an authentication system and dashboard using react. Used Hazura, RabbitMQ, and GraphQL to build out a payment system
- **Laboratory Demonstrator at Swansea University** (2023 – 2023)
In my role as a teaching assistant, I actively supported the delivery of two modules: Web Development and Artificial Intelligence. Within the Web Development module, I provided instruction and assistance in Laravel, Git, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Docker, helping students develop practical skills in web development. In the Artificial Intelligence module, I facilitated learning by teaching and assisting students in Prolog and Python, enabling them to explore the realms of AI and apply these programming languages to problem-solving. Through these experiences, I was able to contribute to the growth and development of students' technical abilities and foster their enthusiasm for these subject areas.
- **Junior Developer at The Carto Group** (2020 – 2021)
Worked with react, Ruby on Rails and python to build out a geospatial application.
- **Summer Intern at GlaxoSmithKline** (2019 – 2019)
Machine Learning in Digital Innovation Lab.
- **Academic Quality Services Advisor at Swansea University** (2019 – 2019)
Revamped the Academic Quality Services Website using HTML and CSS, enhancing user experience and visual appeal. Significantly improved the content and accessibility of both undergraduate and postgraduate handbooks. Collaborated effectively within a team, fostering strong communication skills to identify and swiftly resolve website issues. Acquired valuable transferable skills, including problem-solving and teamwork, which were instrumental in addressing and rectifying various web-related challenges.
- **Cyber Security Work Experience at Computacenter** (2017 – 2017)
I spent a week in the Cyber Security department at Computacenter which I learnt about IT security, network penetration testing and data threats.
- **Temporary Sales Assistant at LUSH Cosmetics** (2016 – 2017)
I developed strong customer service skills and a good knowledge of point of sales systems, product placement and marketing.

## Projects

- **A Data Driven Exploration of Food**
My MSc Project employed Python and the Apify API to meticulously extract and preprocess recipe data from AllRecipes, ensuring data accuracy and quality. Leveraged FooDB to identify the most prevalent base ingredients within the acquired dataset. Utilized Word2Vec to produce embeddings for each ingredient, facilitating the discovery of similarities and relationships between ingredients. Developed a robust Neo4j graph database using Cypher, Py2Neo, and the GDS Library, enabling efficient data storage and retrieval. Implemented a Graph Neural Network (GNN) to perform advanced machine learning tasks, capitalizing on the rich data structure of the Neo4j database. Employed GPT-3.5, an OpenAI API, to generate innovative flavor profiles and ingredient combinations by leveraging the relationships and knowledge within the graph database.
- **A 3D Multi-view Pose Estimation Model**
Designed and implemented a multi-view pose estimation model to enable precise human action recognition within a 3D environment.
• Leveraged the capabilities of multiple Nvidia Jetson TX2 Developer Kits to establish a dynamic camera array for continuous subject tracking.
• Utilized a tech stack comprising Python, Jupyter Notebook, and TensorFlow to develop a robust application for real-time subject tracking and action recognition
