## About

As a data analyst and researcher at the National Centre for Population Health and Wellbeing Research (NCPHWR), I use my data and analysis skills to facilitate and enhance research projects that aim to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for people in Wales. I have a Master of Research in Child Health, where I applied pharmacometric modelling and simulation techniques to explore novel dosing regimens for neonates and children on intensive care.

Before joining NCPHWR, I worked for Public Health Wales where I completed a Delphi project for research prioritisation for children in their early years in Wales. I also worked as a locum paediatric pharmacist for over three years, providing clinical pharmacy services to NHS and private sector clients. I have 15 years of experience in clinical neonatal/paediatric pharmacy, with excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. I have a proven track record in literature analysis and appraisal, medicines information provision, and policy and procedure production. I also have strong leadership capabilities and a history of mentoring, training, and educating people of all backgrounds. I am passionate about research and learning, and I seek a challenging and varied role that enables me to develop in a new discipline and contribute to population health and wellbeing.
