  Developing and validating a generic dynamic model of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV, or more commonly known as drone), that allows the simulation of large scale UAVs without neglecting various dynamic effects that could prove significant at that particular scale. This dynamic model is easily adaptable to various shapes and sizes, by means of a few measurable parameters. Its structure is designed using bond graphs in combination with screw theory for robotics.
