  As a freelance technology and development process consultant, I helped organizations improve their engineering practices, modernize their technology stacks, and optimize software delivery workflows. Drawing on extensive experience as a full-stack developer, Head of Engineering, and SaaS founder & CTO, I partnered with companies to identify technical challenges, implement scalable solutions, and drive efficiency across their development processes.
- **CTO - Co-Founder at Penbox** (2019 – 2023)
  As CTO, I led the design and development of Penbox, a SaaS platform transforming administrative processes into digital workflows. I architected the platform from the ground up, including an innovative JSON-based templating language that powers its no-code workflow creation engine.
- **Head of Engineering at Sortlist** (2017 – 2019)
  Led the transformation of a Ruby on Rails monolith into a micro-service and API oriented architecture, optimizing release management and enhancing code ownership. Orchestrated the implementation of devops tools, fostering team growth from 3 to 12 members. Effectively onboarded, mentored, and managed junior developers both locally and internationally.
