- **Radio Presenter, Producer and TV Announcer at BBC, Red Dragon Radio, Gwent Broadcasting** (1984 – 2017)
  Over 30 years experience in UK broadcasting starting at the UK's smallest Independent Local Radio Station, doing it all and learning the hard way. Then joining the launch team at Red Dragon Radio to help build a hugely popular station and powerful local brand. Jumping ship to the BBC and one of the 1990s' most innovative TV Presentation operations.
- **Head of Presentation at BBC** (2022 – present)
  Responsible for TV Presentation, Playout and Media Control at BBC Cymru Wales
- **Operations Executive at BBC** (2021 – 2022)
  Leading on-site tv transmission people and activities through the Covid-19 lockdowns.
- **Daily Operations Manager at BBC** (2013 – 2021)
  Leading the operational people who provide TV News transmission, media acquisition and management, content creation, editing and playout in English and Welsh.
- **Lead Operations Architect at BBC** (2017 – 2021)
  Working with the Central Square Programme and its suppliers to deliver the technology and processes for the new BBC Wales HQ. My role was to help ensure the building is operationally fit for purpose through close involvement in the detailed technical and organisational design, build, test and implementation/migration phases.
  
  With specific responsibility for Broadcast Control and Scheduling, News Automation and TV Playout, leading a team of expert Operational Architects in other areas of TV, Radio and Digital production and transmission.
  
  S4C co-located with BBC Wales in the new Central Square building and their technology and operations staff TUPE'd into the BBC. I represented BBC Wales Operations on the service agreement negotiations, design and delivery of Playout and associated services for S4C.
