## Experience

- **Développeur front-end at SportEasy** (2015 – 2015)
Durant 4 mois j’ai été en charge de rendre responsive une partie du site web de SportEasy. Elle concernait les pages que pouvait visiter l’internaute avant son inscription au service.

  Simon Hostelet, CTO
\- SportEasy : "Louis did a 3 and a half months internship at Sporteasy in 2015. The objective of his internship was to redesign and integrate our public commercial site, with one of the main goal being making it responsive.

Louis really put himself in the project, bringing a lot of know-how thanks to his numerous readings and curiosity on frontend technologies. He also suggested several ways to implement the different blocks of the site. He was also concerned about browser performance and final user experience. He was eager to dig into unknown technologies to him, especially diving into our fairly big Django project, and managed to find his way around.

At time of writing, the new website is not up yet, as one additional month would have been necessary. We have to finish some stuff, but I know the code he left is good and readable.

On a non technical note, it is a pleasure to work on a daily basis with him: he is a jolly fellow and really fit into the team easily."
- **Développeur front-end at ultranoir** (2017 – 2017)
- **Front-End Developer at 5eme Gauche** (2016 – 2016)
- **Développeur front-end at Beex** (2014 – 2014)

- **Frontend Developer at Frontguys** (2024 – present)
- **Front-End Developer & co-founder at Specify** (2018 – 2024)
I co-founded Specify to help organizations manage their brand at scale. Specify is a design API that lets product teams synchronize, store, transform and distribute design tokens and assets from design to code.

  Few numbers about Specify:
  \- 4M raised
  \- A team of 14 people
\- 40+ closed customers Until 2022, I was in charge of building our frontend architecture which lead me to develop:
\- the marketing and documentation websites
  \- the web app
\- our Sketch plugin Since 2022, I've been the link between Specify and the outer world. I focused on three main area: sales, support and community. I closed 40+ customers including design systems teams from Comcast, Epic Games, Dashlane, or Carrefour. I also helped those teams implement Specify in their workflow. I took care of all our users by helping them in any way I could.

Finally, I've also been able to share my design system and design token expertise to the world by writing articles or by speaking and representing Specify at various conferences such as:
  \- Figma Schema 2022
  \- Into Design Systems
  \- Design System France
  \- Connect (Specify)
- **Format specification editor at Design Tokens Community Group** (2020 – present)
