My first act was as a cook, traveling along a route from burger flipper after class in high school to chef de cuisine, before leaving cooking behind to grow food directly.

Second act is as a farmer in the north of Spain, Asturias to be exact. 

Third act is as a food writer, exploring the culture and history of the foodways of my adopted home of Asturias.
