  El Servei de Sistemes d’Informació del Consell Comarcal de la Garrotxa, que també dóna suport als ajuntaments de la comarca que ho sol·liciten, s'encarrega de gestionar tota l'estructura informàtica i de telecomunicacions, vetllant activament per la ciberseguretat.
  Presta els serveis de suport en administració electrònica, manteniment preventiu de sistemes, assistència tècnica TIC i innovació.

  La volcànica.cat, que ja va per la vuitena edició. És una Festa de les Tecnologies i un punt de reunió proper, obert a tothom interessat en les tecnologies tant si ja les coneix com si és nou en aquests temes.
  
  Els nostres objectius amb aquesta trobada són promoure i fomentar l’ús de les tecnologies tant des de la vessant lúdica amb jocs en xarxa com des de la vessant formativa mitjançant xerrades i tallers de formació.
  
  Al tractar-se d’una LAN party de tamany reduït l’ambient és molt familiar i amb bona relació entre tots els participants. Tots junts compartim experiències. Les diferents zones i activitats serveixen per a posar en contacte les diferents comunitats: els participants, apassionats de la tecnologia, empresaris, professionals i públic en general.
